So, I have just returned from my Company Led Training(CLT) in India Mysore!

1) Movie's watched there during the weekends

Didn't watch "Lion King" as we were venturing into bangalore for 3 days 2 nights.

All good(?) things must come to an end... Hopefully(or not) I will get a chance to go there again.

Was left with ₹17  for keepsake.

So there is this 5 day assignment where we had to do up a customer deals project and the front end (client) and back end (server).

So..... Its been 970 days using my currnt phone, the iPhone 6s Plus.

Was deciding really critically whether to upgrade to the latest XS Max which came out in *Singapore on 20 Sept 2018.

The cons of upgrading: My phone still works fine and has a battery case, what more can I ask for?

The pros, the futuristic design and the dual sim card *Hong Kong edition which I am trying to get.

And so, I did. On a fateful day, I managed to chance upon a person giving up their xs max hk dual sim edition phone at 1500 for 256gb. Yes I know it is expensive but the price for second hand right now is about 1850 for a hk dual sim 64gb. The person even further discounted at 1470 due to charger and headset not included which I agreed. Will update once I have done the deal.


Awesome, cycled down to bishan to buy from carousell seller. Was a malaysian and was friendly enough to explain what to look out for when buying phone. Gave me 2 cases, 1 cracked but was still ok, and a 15D screen protecter. 5D screen protector was applied. Funny thing is during the payment process, 3 policemen came to check our IDs and understand the situation, nothing too serious. After the process, I cycled back. The phone is awesome. Has faceid, 4gb ram, 256gb, Hk edition dual physical sim and supports wireless charging. Guess I will have to stick with this for another minimum 3 years. Overall a good purchase!
