So my IWSP ended on 15 december and had a time of my life until today where I had my first assignment on a closed group called Pickupp, it is available in Hong Kong and Singapore. Link to the pickupp profile.
Selection Process
Apparently you have to fill up a google form to input the preferred time for the training session.
Had flew their aeroplane for two times as I had some outing with my mum during weekdays. Finally found a time for the session and went down. Upon reaching the place and time I had to walk around a few times before finding the invigilators. There were handing out laminated paper of instruction where is had the registration process and the video and the test url. You also had to have a score of 80/90 to be a part of the team. Embarrassingly I had some attempts of 75 and finally an 80 and took the lanyard and ran off hahaha.
First attempt
So far I only did one delivery as previously the jobs were quite far, orchard road to jalan damai.. So today I accepted the job where it was from french road to toa payoh. On the side track when the job first appeared, it was $8. Waited a few more minutes and it became $10. I was also taking into account the commission of 20% deducted. So i actually earned $8 today.
The job was actually from before 4pm and to be delivered before 6pm.
Upon reaching the pickup location, I received another assignment. For a moment I thought it was the one before and tried to swipe to acknowledge i have arrived but ended up trying to accept the new assignment. But the app was also smart as I did not have much battery left and it prevented that mistake.*NOTE FOR SELF
So at the pickup point, it was around 2.30pm. I went to the shop and the uncle was clueless where I came from and told me to come back as it was another colleague who was incharge of this outsource who was out for lunch. I then returned around 10 minutes later.
Pickup procedure was quick and simple as I had to launch the app and scan the QR code at the top of the parcel and then I was off to the journey. Thank god for apple agile navigation, it was a smooth ride. Upon reaching the destination. I had to swipe to acknowledge I am at the location, taking the picture of the parcel and the unit number and getting the owner to sign on the phone.
Now to wait for payday or new easy assignment!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

*** Update 9 May 2018 Entry 54 & 55
So today was actually quite a rushed day. In the afternoon I did a good delivery for $15.20 where it was from the French Cellar to Hillbrooks Condominium, relatively easy delivery as I was familiar with The French Cellar and that the journey was mostly on the MRT. To challenge myself, I cycled back from the Hillbrooks Condominium, which was slightly further from The Grand Stand.
Then came the most perculiar situation. At 5pm I decided to take on the job from Bukit Batok to Internation Plaza (Tanjong Pagar) as it paid well and thought I could manage. As the place was not near the MRT, we had to take bus 189 to the location and still had to walk some distance. In the end I was late for the pick up at about 6.25pm instead of the stipulated 6pm. Reached the drop off at 7.20pm which was OK as the app stated 7.45pm and note said "try to by 7.15pm". I was therefore penalized by 50% to $9.20 from $18.40... It was a sad thing really but there was no choice as my decision was caught off guard. Hope there won't be a next time like that.
